Yes, especially within Southeast Asia. Fees and delivery times vary by destination.
How long will delivery take?
Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–3 business days.

3. Exchanges

Can I return my product for a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Instead, you can swap your product for another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still has all original tags and packaging.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes — as long as stock is available. Please contact Customer Service to arrange the swap.
What if my product is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please send photos and your order number so we can assist you.
